Opened on New Year's Eve 2006/07 in Manhattan's East Village, Death & Co quickly became a cocktail institution, owed greatly to our staff of creative bartenders and incredible servers. Since then, we have evolved and changed; from an intimate bar in NYC to a sprawling cocktail lounge and restaurant in Denver. Our third installment in Los Angeles pays homage to NYC as it is an intimate seated only bar, paired this time with a more casual standing room only bar. Through this growth, we've maintained our commitment to fine product and exceptional experiences, a focus on hospitality, and a deep desire to be a center for our communities.

A forthcoming sandwich bar (the unification of a cocktail bar and sandwich shop) envisioned by Paul Taylor and Sherra Kurtz. Their recipes are all about combining unexpected flavors, adding in a healthy dose of nostalgia, and bringing it all together into something completely new.

DC Chi Pie Is A Collective Of Amazing People Striving To Create the Best Pizza in DC.​ The Washington Post says “DC Chi Pie is heaven sent: Deep dish pizza with a local touch” and we couldn’t agree more. We are a family business and our founders were born and raised right here in Washington, DC.

 

Brij Coffeehouse

True to our name, Brij was envisioned as a haven, connector, and support network by our founder Skyler Kelley, who reinvests a portion of earnings in the community through nonprofits that help our neighbors in need. Drawing on her lived experience as an unhoused single mother, Skyler founded Brij with a vision to eradicate homelessness and bridge gaps among the District’s richly diverse community.

OAKBERRY AÇAÍ BOWLS is a company designed to meet an unattended demand in the food market: healthy fast food. Not everyone has enough time to eat healthily and fill up on energy, so our mission is to provide a delicious, natural, and nutritious experience quickly, changing the way fast food is perceived. We believe that time and good health are determining factors in our quality of life. We want to change the way fast food is seen and thought of. This is the main reason why OAKBERRY exists. Lack of time will no longer be an excuse for not eating well.

 

Petit Cerise
